Will Republicans strike a border deal?

.ON DECEMBER 6TH Republicans denied President Joe Biden's ask for $106bn of funding, the majority of it to aid branch Ukraine, on the basis that its arrangements to safeguard America's southerly boundary did not progress good enough. A group of statesmans now seem to be close to assaulting a bipartisan offer on immigration rules, believed to include more durable policies as the price of Republican assistance. However it appears likely to become finished off in the House of Reps. On January 14th Mike Johnson, the House sound speaker, said that significant border reform would must stand by up until a Republican was actually president. However on January 17th, after a meeting along with Mr Biden, he suggested that he may be open up to a concession it goes without saying. Is one probably?
